We'll start with one of the most intense colors on the palette: RED. It is an emotionally-charged color that can enhance your metabolism, increases your respiration rate and raise your blood pressure! On one end, it represents sexuality, passion, joy, and love, while on the other end, it stands for power, energy, strength and determination.

Take a look at Mrs. Klum's dress...what are some of your immediate thoughts and feelings? To me, it screams sultry sex kitten. Even the neckline and the train are strategically positioned to accentuate the intensity of its color. How different would that dress be if it was in blue or, let's say, orange?

RED screams attention, which you can use to your advantage in various settings. How many of you have used it in the bedroom to draw sex-appeal? I mean, it's no wonder why best-selling lingerie is hot fire red! Think about it, when you want to look sexy, what color immediately pops in your head? You can also wear red lipstick with caution. I say that because if you are going for the red lips, don't overdo it with the rest of your makeup. It's the either or rule. Red Lips= Minimal makeup. Now don't think that Heidi Klum and Carolyn Murphy are the only gals who can look fabulous in red. If you do, stop right now! You are selling yourself short and missing out on RED's perks. It doesn't matter if you tall, skinny, short, pear-shaped, or athletic, you too can use RED to your advantage. If you are not feeling your best, maybe you feel like you are having an "ugly day" add a little RED to your attire and watch the transformation. The only caveat is that you rock the RED.
